1. Underwear.
2. Seasonal dresses, shirts and trousers. Permanent
press is desirable.
3. Sweater - Please do not bring WOOL items.
4. Stockings or socks.
5. Sturdy walking shoes - rubber soles, no open backs,
sneakers are the best.
6. Slippers - preferably washable.
7. Night clothing.
8. Any accessories normally worn by the resident.
9. Outdoor clothing, if the resident is able to go
outside.
10. Dry cleaning is not available.

1. Denture cream or other dental needs.
2. Brushes, comb, hairnets, bobby pins, hair spray.
3. Nail care articles.
4. After shave lotion

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
All must be inspected by Vestal Nursing Center Maintenance Department prior to resident use. Please notify Social Services before you bring in an extension cord, it must be a certain type for safety reasons.
