Our Social Workers meet with families and residents to discuss, evaluate and problem solve in order to focus on rehabilitation and medical needs with minimal stress. Residents and families are encouraged to meet with the team members as necessary to resolve any special concerns. These appointments are coordinated through the Social Service office to set a mutually convenient time for discussion.

The Resident Council meets once per month and gives the residents an opportunity to discuss issues pertinent to the quality of their lives. The Social Worker and the Activities Director assist the Resident Council Representatives, to maintain an active and involved united voice that speaks for all our residents. There recommendations are communicated to the Administrative team for continued quality improvement purposes.
